The staff were honest, the atmosphere was quiet and everything was good. The hotel's location was comfortable and favourable, close to take-away food places. Moreover, it was at a short distance from Kemmis Skateboard Park.

The room itself was tidy, spotless with great water pressure in shower and had essentials I needed.

Although our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The bar and restaurant were closed on Good Friday, which was a disappointment.

Almost perfect. Just a little bit of road noise at night, but nothing that kept us awake. It would have been nice to have a fan to circulate some air, as it was too cold for the air conditioning and we didn't want to open the windows due to the road noise.
